AMBHL Showcase Weekend

3 to 4   1 ¼ hour practices per week

Minimum 10 Skill only practices with Skill and Goalie coaches

Minimum 10 Yoga Sessions

Minimum 5 Off Ice Sessions

3 Sports Psychology Sessions

Video Sessions - access at home by every player plus minimum 1 Team Session at CAC
