Why do I need an ID and Password? If you have registered online with Hockey Canada in the past, you would have created a login ID and password while setting up your Family Security Profile. The purpose of setting up this security profile is three-fold:
- To ensure that your information is secure
- To provide you with your own web page where you are able to edit your registration information, change your password, re-print your invoice, keep track of what you have registered in and view your registration status.
- To keep track of the number of children you registered and apply any family discounts (if applicable).
*** If you have used Hockey Canada’s Online Registration System to register for another organization, you may use the same password to register for Canadian Athletic Club.
How do I find my ID and Password? There are three ways to recover your ID and Password:
- When you registered for the first time, Hockey Canada will have sent you an email either the same day or the next day containing the login ID and password required to begin the registration process.
- If you have misplaced this email or did not receive one by the same day or the next day click the “I FORGOT MY PASSWORD” link below, complete the required details, and verify your email address. The ID and Password will be emailed to you.
I FORGOT MY PASSWORD
- If option #2 and #3 fail, please email us at cacarena@telusplanet.net and provide us with your child’s name, your child’s birth date, your first and last name, your telephone number as well your postal code and we will reply with your password.
If you are NEW to the Canadian Athletic Club you will have to contact the CAC office at
cacarena@telusplanet.net or 780-439-3636.
