Larry Furber Celebration of Life
Join the Furber Family as they celebrate Larry’s Life

The service starts at one o'clock with refreshments following.
Larry was a life member of the Canadians and a director of the Beaver Alumni.
It is with heavy hearts that we recognize the loss of a longtime friend and member of the CAC family.
Larry Furber
- Became an active member with the CAC 1966
- Sponsored by Fred Lupul to become a member and act as the Bantam Director
- From 1966-1974 was CAC Hockey Director, Midget Manager and coached CAC Vets Sheet Metal Bantam team
- 1974-75 CAC “Coach of the Year” Award
- 1980 was recognized in the Edmonton Journal “Behind the Scenes” as Molson’s Hockey Volunteer
- 1980 First Chair for “Whitemud West” Hockey Association
- CAC Equipment Manager 1978-84
- 1985-86 became a CAC “Life Member”
- 1986 North West Zone CAC Award for Volunteer of the Year Award
- Longtime member of the CAC Arena Committee (15 Years) as well as President of CAHA
Larry, you will be missed.
